BSL Teaching Assistant required for a secondary school in South East London to this September for a long term role. This role is available for both part-time and full-time applicants.

  • BSL Teaching Assistant - Minimum BSL Level 2 required
  • September start- whole academic year
  • Translating spoken language into BSL competently within a mainstream classroom
  • BSL Communication Support Worker

The role is within the SEN department of a thriving and very successful secondary school in South London. Good interpersonal skills are essential for the role as well as an ability to confidently communicate using British Sign Language, accordingly you should have a BSL level 2 qualification as a minimum.

BSL Teaching Assistants should have previous experience working with children or young people ideally within a school environment. You will join an accomplished team of professionals within a well-resourced provision.
