As a Challenging Behaviour Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping manage and de-escalate behaviours that challenge, while encouraging engagement and participation in learning. The Role:Work as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
