What We're Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
- A genuine interest in working with young children and supporting their developmental needs.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development.
- Confidence in communicating with parents.
