Our client school in London Borough of Hackney, are seeking a dedicated early years educator. This role is based in the 2-Year-Old Room, where you will play a crucial role in nurturing young learners, helping them build strong foundations in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities of the early years educator include:

• Supporting children aged 2 in their early learning journey, promoting their personal, social, and emotional development.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Collaborating with parents and carers to support children's progress and well-being.
• Creating a warm and inclusive environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued.
• Ensuring the safety and safeguarding of all pupils in your care.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent BA early years is also accepted.
• Experience working with children aged 2-3 years old, ideally in a similar setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development.
• as an early years educator you will be required to have strong communication and teamwork skills.
