What You'll Do as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• Lead exciting, creative activities that spark curiosity and joy in every child, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Be the go-to person for children's development - nurturing their confidence, independence, and social skills in a safe and encouraging space.
• Build lasting, trust-filled relationships with families, keeping them updated on their child's milestones and progress.
• Collaborate with a talented team of practitioners, sharing ideas and best practices to ensure a holistic learning environment for all children.

What We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential) with proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
