Link3 Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable early years setting in London, NW2. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 or higher qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the team on a permanent basis, starting January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network.
- Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about child development and learning.
