Role Description:

  • Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant
  • Specializing in supporting a pupil with Autism in the Reception class
  • Immediate start until July 2025
  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Provide personalised support to the pupil with Autism to facilitate their learning and development
  • Collaborate with the EYFS team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • £90 to £100 per day based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of working with children with Autism
  • Strong knowledge of Early Years education and development
  • Patient, empathetic, and compassionate towards the needs of children with Autism
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external support professionals
