A warm and nurturing primary school in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to support their Reception class. This role involves working closely with the class teacher, assisting with engaging activities, and providing individual and small-group support to help young learners develop essential early skills. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, particularly in Phonics, Communication & Language, and early Maths, would be an advantage.

What You'll Need to Succeed:? A good understanding of the EYFS framework, including Phonics, early Literacy, and Numeracy? Experience working with Early Years or Nursery-aged children? Confidence in supporting learning through play and structured activities? A relevant qualification in education or childcare (Level 2 or 3 preferred)? Availability for the remainder of the academic year? An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)? Professional references and Overseas Police Clearances (if required)
