Requirements
* Essential Qualifications:
* CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* OR a 2:1 or above degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education.
* A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
* Prior experience in an early years or primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
