Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1-year contract basis from November. This contract is 5 days a week term time only. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalised support and assistance to our students with educational needs where you will be supporting children.

Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons and activities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress.
Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with Primary aged student is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
