We are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to become a part of a growing co-educational independent prep school in Wandsworth! This is a full-term, permanent role that is set to begin as soon as possible.

The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Hold a Level 2 (or above) or equivalent in Early Years or Teaching Assistance
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with young children. Salary will be dependent on previous experience and relevant qualifications.
