We are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to become a part of a growing co-educational independent prep school in Wandsworth.This is a full-term, permanent role that is set to start in April.

The role

The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant

  • Hold a Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years or Teaching Assistance
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Serve as a positive role model.
  • Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children.
