Early Years Teaching Assistant | The role:

Foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to excel
Assist the Class Teacher with the planning of learning activities
Implement all policies and practices in line with the ethos of the school
Supervise and lead small groups of children
Work alongside pupils who have additional learning needs
Support a creative and inclusive curriculum which values learning

Early Years Teaching Assistant | Do you qualify?

Obtained a minimum of a 2:1 degree in the Psychology/Education field from a Top UK University
Experience working with EYFS children
Ideally have some experience working with children with SEND
Confident and bubbly personality
Aspiring EYFS/Primary Teachers are encouraged to apply
