ASAP | £95 - £105 per day | Merton (CR4) | September 2024

LTF Recruitment are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to support across year groups with SEN and behaviour. The role will be full time, 5 days per week working from 8:30-3:30 in term time. The role is based at a mainstream primary school in Merton starting in September. It is a quaint primary school that pride themselves on an inclusive and personalised approach to education

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide support to pupils in a hardworking KS2 Class
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Assist with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech, and Language difficulties
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
Working alongside and providing additional support
Liaising with the class teacher and school SENCO around progress of pupils
Running phonics lessons to children working below age expected levels and also those exceeding

The school are looking for candidates who:

Hold a relevant degree or TA qualification
Have experience working with children within a school
Experience of working with special educational needs is desirable
Can adapt approach to meet learner's needs
Can build relationships with pupils quickly and efficiently
