This exceptional school is looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing Under 3s provision.

About the Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment for young children. Working closely with the Early Years team, you will help children thrive during these vital early developmental years.

  • Support the Under 3s provision by helping deliver engaging activities that align with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel happy, safe, and encouraged to explore their curiosity.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet each child's individual needs, focusing on early development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to the child's growth and well-being.
  • Support children's independence, play-based learning, and personal development.

The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education/Childcare.
  • Proven experience working within an EYFS setting (MUST HAVE).
