About the Role:

?? Supporting children in Early Years or Reception, helping to create a fun and engaging learning environment.�? Assisting with play-based learning activities to support children's development.?? Providing 1:1 and small group support, including working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).?? Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure all children receive the support they need.?? Helping to track progress and provide feedback on children's learning and well-being.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

? Have previous experience working with children in Early Years or Reception.? Have experience supporting children with SEND, such as autism, speech and language difficulties, or global developmental delay.? Be passionate, patient, and nurturing, with a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education.? Be able to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
