Early Years Teaching Assistant - The Role

Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
Support the Reception class teacher with daily activities
Work with small groups and individual pupils to develop key early skills
Encourage social development, communication, and early literacy

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements

Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in EYFS is essential
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Passion for supporting young children at the start of their education journey
