As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work in Nursery and Reception classes, providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with play-based learning activities, and helping children develop essential skills in a nurturing and engaging environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or a related field.
- Experience working in Nursery or Reception settings.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
