SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Islington, looking for a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
The Role:We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Early Years TA with a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to support and care for children aged 6 months to 4 years within the school's Under 3's Provision.
You will:?? Provide hands-on care and learning support in the baby and toddler room?? Assist with play-based learning, personal care, and early development activities?? Occasionally cover within Reception and KS1 when required?? Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe and engaging environment
The Ideal Candidate:? CACHE Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)? Experience working with babies and young children (6 months - 4 years)? A warm, patient, and caring nature? Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development? Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday in a long-term role
