Your Role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

Provide engaging and nurturing support for children aged 3-5, helping them achieve key developmental milestones.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Assist with classroom organisation, lesson delivery, and individual interventions to ensure every child thrives.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking for in an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
Experience working with young children, particularly within the EYFS framework.
