We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join our dynamic team at an OFSTED-rated Outstanding primary school in Camden on a long-term basis.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and empowering environment where every child can reach their full potential. Your support in fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom will enable our students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £85 - £120 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of EYFS students.
Assist in maintaining classroom engagement by implementing effective management strategies.
Help foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes both social and academic development for all pupils.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and structured learning experience aligned with the EYFS framework.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with varied needs, ensuring every child receives personalized care and attention.

Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in an EYFS or Early Years setting is essential.
Passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
