Our team is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistants to support KS1 and KS2 children in our Lewisham mainstream Primary School.

The Role Experienced Teaching Assistant:

• Experienced Teaching Assistant
• Either 1:1 supporting a specific child, or working within
• Following the guidance from the Teacher in order to teach and support the pupils, as well as following the lead of the other support staff.
• Providing positive reinforcements and praise for students.
• The role involves a lot of practical and holistic based work, so being flexible and adaptable is key.
• Teaching and supporting pupils with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, medical needs, complex needs, and physical disabilities.

Job Specifications Experienced Teaching Assistant:

• School hours are 8.30am to 3.30/4pm (term time only)
• Prior experience supporting primary aged students is essential
• Full-time long term position for at least an academic year
• Daily rates are from £85 - £100 per day depending on experience
• Excellent leadership team
• Located next to a mainline station and parking is also available on-site
