A 'Good' graded primary school in Hackney, East London is seeking a dedicated and skilled Experienced Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and experience in supporting pupils to make a real difference to the learning and development of children at the school.Key Responsibilities as an Experienced Teaching Assistant:- Planning, delivering and leading interventions for students with SEN- Providing individual and group support to help children achieve their learning goals. - Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment. - Supporting the school's ethos, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality learning experience. - Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure consistent support for pupils.
