Reeson Education are looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Dalston Kingston.

Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Dalston Kingston

Pay: £85 - £100 per day

Start date: January 2025

End date: at least July 2025

  • Work as an EYFS Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for two autistic pupils, one of whom is non-verbal.
  • Develop personalised timetables and creative learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Build confidence, encourage social interaction, and create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SENCO to ensure pupils thrive in their early years.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 childcare qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings is highly advantageous.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
