About the Role:
- Full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant role in a Reception class
- Supporting children within the EYFS framework to develop key skills
- Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities
- Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and interactive sessions
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to enhance pupil progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant preferred
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification is ideal but not essential
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and nurturing approach to working with young children
