The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Supporting children in their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observing and recording children's progress.
- Providing one-on-one support to children with additional needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
