Role Overview

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, with a primary focus on autism. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and group support to students with autism, ensuring their unique learning needs are met.

Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of each student.

Requirements
