Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with their academic and personal development
- Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any discipline
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible approach
- Previous child-based experience is preferred but not required
- DBS on the Update Service is essential
