We are seeking recent graduates eager to gain valuable experience in a school environment before embarking on a teacher training program. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain classroom experience, and make a positive impact on students' lives. You will work closely with teachers and the wider school community to create a supportive, inspiring learning environment where students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities in various settings, including whole-class, small group, and one-to-one support. - Promote and uphold high academic and behavioural standards. - Mentor and guide pupils in building self-confidence and setting future aspirations. - Collaborate with staff to help every pupil succeed. - Assist and lead learning activities, developing the skills to teach full classes in the future.

Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree, ideally 2:2 or above. - A minimum of two references and an Enhanced DBS Certificate are required. - A committed and proactive attitude towards working with young people. - Ability to stay positive and composed in challenging situations. - Experience in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
