Five Education is a busy agency, working in an exciting partnership with students with complex needs across schools in Bristol. We are looking for skilled candidates to work as an LSA to support students from nursery to secondary age. The students may have a range of additional needs including Autism, Dyslexia, speech and language impairments, and ADHD. We are looking for skilled candidates to work as an LSA to support students from nursery to secondary age. The students may have a range of additional needs including Autism, Dyslexia, speech and language impairments, and ADHD. This role is an ideal opportunity for a Psychology graduate to gain experience in education, with a view to teaching in the future or pursuing a career as an educational psychologist.

Responsibilities and duties:• Assisting young people in their learning and development• Supporting students who might be struggling in class• Support students 1:1 by making curriculum accessible and changing approaches to make learning fun• Encourage socialisation and good behaviour through positive reinforcement and praise

Essential Criteria• Be compassionate and patient• Have a right to work in the UK (A Valid Visa)• Relevant employment references to cover the last 2 years• Able to work 8.30-15.30 pm, 3-5 days per week, term time only

Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer's NI. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does include holiday pay.
