Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Team to provide personalised support for students with a variety of special needs.
  • Assist students in the classroom, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes both academic success and student well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one support, addressing specific learning needs and helping students achieve their potential.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and report on student progress to the Inclusion Team and other relevant staff members.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

  • Prior experience in an educational setting or working with young people is desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
