A vibrant and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, assisting with academic and personal development
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources
  • Provide support to students with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
  • Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning
  • Contribute to the overall school community and its extra-curricular activities
Requirements:
  • A degree in any discipline (Education-related fields are advantageous but not required)
