Key Responsibilities:- Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and management.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students, providing tailored support to those who need extra help.
- Assist in managing student behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Help to create engaging learning resources and activities.
- Provide support during school events and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to assess students' progress and development.
- A university degree (any subject) - a passion for education is key!
- No prior child-based experience is required, but it is preferred.
- A valid DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping students succeed.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
