Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help
• Help create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
• Support with lesson planning, marking, and classroom activities
• Assist with extracurricular activities and school events

• A recent graduate (any subject) with a passion for education
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with students and staff
• A desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives
