Responsibilities:
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Participate in school activities, including extracurricular events and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:
  • A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A DBS check on the Update Service is required (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Previous child-based experience is preferred but not essential.
