About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students across the school. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a mainstream secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who require additional support

  • Support students with varying abilities, including those with SEN
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting student progress
