Responsibilities:
  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions to students who may need additional help
  • Assisting with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Helping with exam preparation and revision sessions
Requirements:
  • A degree (any subject considered)
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom
  • DBS on the Update Service is essential
Preferred:
  • Previous experience working with young people (in or out of school settings) is desirable but not required
