The Role:- Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
- Location: Enfield, North London, with excellent transport links.
- Start Date: Immediate.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide support in the classroom, assist with lesson preparation, and work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:- Support pupils with their learning and personal development, helping them achieve their goals.
- Work 1:1 with children who may have ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs, offering tailored interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement effective learning strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
- A recent graduate with a passion for education and supporting young people.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude, with the ability to adapt to different pupils' needs.
- Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
