On behalf of our client, a vibrant, well established and prestigious secondary school based in Hammersmith, we are currently recruiting a TA to join the SEN team. You will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups.
As a teaching assistant you will be:
- dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
- you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
- you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.
- You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.
This role is a great opportunity to gain school experience before applying for teacher training. This is something that the school can offer, for the right candidate.
