This is an excellent opportunity to launch your teaching career. We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Enfield, North London. This role provides hands-on experience, working closely with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support

  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.

One-to-One and Group Support

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups, helping them overcome challenges and succeed academically.

Resource Management

  • Organise and prepare teaching materials and resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery.

Tracking Student Progress

  • Monitor and record student progress, provide feedback to teachers, and contribute to assessment processes.

Extracurricular Activities

  • Participate in extracurricular activities, including clubs, workshops, and field trips, to enhance the educational experience.
