About the Role:-
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning.

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) when required.

Helping to prepare teaching materials and resources.

Covering lessons and supervising students in the absence of the teacher.

Contributing to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

A degree in any subject (minimum 2:2 classification preferred).

A strong desire to work in education and support young people.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.

Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).

A DBS on the Update Service (mandatory).
