A graduate teaching assistant is needed for an independent school in North London for neurodivergent students who require a bit of extra support.
Becoming a graduate teaching assistant, you will be joining a fantastic, supportive team and working at a school with excellent resources and facilities.

Your responsibilities as a graduate teaching assistant:
- Providing one-to-one support for students with MLD and ASD.
- Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and assessment.
- Supporting students with preparing for their GCSEs.
A graduate teaching assistant will have:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to implement a positive behaviour approach and promote a calm and supportive learning environment.
- The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Compassion, patience and understanding.
Requirements to be a graduate teaching assistant:
- Right to work in the UK
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Willingness to apply for a DBS check
- Experience working with students with learning difficulties
