This is your chance to kickstart your career in teaching! We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming secondary school in Enfield, North London. This role offers hands-on experience, working closely with the SEN department to make a real difference in students' lives.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Classroom Support

    • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  2. One-to-One and Group Support

    • Provide focused assistance to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups, helping them overcome challenges and excel academically.
  3. Resource Management

    • Ensure teaching materials and resources are organised and ready for lessons.
  4. Tracking Student Progress

    • Monitor and document student progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments.
  5. Extracurricular Activities

    • Get involved in clubs, workshops, and field trips to enrich students' educational experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Graduate Degree(Preferred subjects: Maths, English, Science, Languages, Sport, Humanities - but all considered).
  • Experience with ChildrenExamples: Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or Support Worker roles.
  • Passion for EducationA desire to inspire and guide young learners.
  • Organised and ReliableAbility to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong Communication SkillsEngage and motivate students while working collaboratively with teachers and staff.
