What You'll Be Doing:-
Classroom Support
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.

One-to-One and Group Support
- Provide focused assistance to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups, helping them overcome challenges and excel academically.

Resource Management
- Ensure teaching materials and resources are organised and ready for lessons.

Tracking Student Progress
- Monitor and document student progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments.

Extracurricular Activities
- Get involved in clubs, workshops, and field trips to enrich students' educational experience.
- A Graduate Degree(Preferred subjects: Maths, English, Science, Languages, Sport, Humanities - but all considered).
- Experience with ChildrenExamples: Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or Support Worker roles.
- Passion for EducationA desire to inspire and guide young learners.
- Organised and ReliableAbility to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong Communication SkillsEngage and motivate students while working collaboratively with teachers and staff.
