Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Pay: Earn up to £105 a day as a Graduate Teaching Assistant depending on degree and experience
  • Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Long-term, Full-time

About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Roles: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children's learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities for Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
  • Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.
  • Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.

Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
  • Experience working within the education sector is desired.
  • Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
  • An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
