• Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
• Salary: £110 - £130 per day
• Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive school environment? A vibrant primary school in Lambeth is seeking a proactive HLTA to support teaching and learning across various year groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within the classroom while making a real difference to students' education.

• Deliver planned lessons across different year groups.
• Support teachers in creating engaging learning experiences.
• Lead small group interventions to support student progress.
• Assist with lesson planning, marking, and classroom management.
• Provide additional support for students with SEN or EAL needs.

• HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons.
• A passion for supporting student learning and development.
