Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to partner with a welcoming and supportive two-form entry primary school in the vibrant London Borough of Haringey.

The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing one-to-one support for a pupil with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
  • Assist in implementing the EHCP to meet the pupil's individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENDCO, and other support staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Prior experience working with children with special needs in a classroom setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEND and strategies for supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Commitment to helping children achieve their potential in a supportive environment.
