Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to partner with a welcoming and supportive two-form entry primary school in the vibrant London Borough of Haringey.
The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing one-to-one support for a pupil with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist in implementing the EHCP to meet the pupil's individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENDCO, and other support staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Essential: Prior experience working with children with special needs in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of SEND and strategies for supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Commitment to helping children achieve their potential in a supportive environment.
- A supportive and friendly environment where staff and pupils thrive.
