Sanza Teaching Agency is proud to partner with a supportive and welcoming two-form entry primary school in Haringey, seeking a KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2025.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils in Years 4, 5, and 6, providing 1:1 support for students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored 1:1 support for SEND pupils in KS2, helping them engage with their learning.
- Manage behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individualized support plans.
- A caring and patient individual with behaviour management skills.
- Experience working with children in a 1:1 or small group setting, particularly in KS2.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

- Daily rate of £90-£95 PAYE, with the potential for a pay rise.
