Salary: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Long term
Hours: Full time Mon Fri, Term Time only
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant that specialises in Early Years and have a Level 3 EYP qualification. This post is scheduled to begin immediately.
This is a long-term role for at least an academic year in the one school. You will get the opportunity to work at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in Greenwich, London. This school takes pride in it's inclusive and diverse atmosphere, which promotes a child-centered approach to learning that motivates both students and teachers.
Reception Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework.
- As a Reception Teaching Assistant you should be able to plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
- As a Reception Teaching Assistant you should able to identify and address the additional support needs of students.
Requirements:
- Level 3 EYP qualification is essential.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school
- A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
