• Provide one-on-one support to children with behavioural issues or learning difficulties.
• Work across a range of age groups within the primary school setting.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational activities.

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the educational and emotional development of all pupils.

• A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
• Experience in supporting children with behavioural and learning difficulties is desirable.
• Must have a valid DBS check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
